The LCCS Board of Trustees has oversight responsibility for the agency and also works with the executive director to develop policy. Members are community volunteers appointed to three-year terms by the county commissioners.

on the third Wednesday of each month, at 3:00 p.m.
Board of Trustees meetings are held in person and are open to the public. Anyone wishing to address the board should follow the instructions below. Meetings are held at LCCS offices, 301 Adams St., Toledo, Ohio 43604. (Directions)
