Lucas County Children Services (Toledo, OH) is accepting applications for an Entitlement Program Facilitator B position. Accountabilities for the position are to develop and utilize a working knowledge of agency policies and various public benefits programs in order to apply for initial and continuing financial benefits for children in LCCS custody.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years fiscal/accounting experience required.
• Also requires: 1) Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; 2) Understanding of state/federal reimbursement programs or the ability to learn; 3) Demonstrated ability to operate personal computer and software; 4) Demonstrated aptitude for detail; 5) Demonstrated ability to understand and calculate mathematical computations; 6) Demonstrated ability to operate 10-key calculator.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural work environment.

Starting Pay: $19.50 per hour / 35 hours per week
