Lucas County Children Services is seeking a candidate to assess, document, track and ensure medical care of children in the care of LCCS, consistent with agency and governmental requirements, medical best practice, utilizing medical case management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Ohio R.N. license. Experience in Pediatrics preferred. Knowledge of ambulatory health care helpful.
• Experience performing health histories, developmental & mental health screens, physical assessments & communicable disease screens or ability to learn. Ability to receive certification and teach CPR and First Aid.
• Physical exam will be required once a job offer is made. May be required to work other shifts for vacation and leave coverage.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural work environment required. Must possess the ability to utilize computer technology to access information and produce reports.

Starting Pay: $28.50 per hour / 35 hrs. per week / Regular shift: 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
