Coordinator - Client Services

Lucas County Children Services (Toledo, OH) is accepting applications for a Coordinator of Client Services position. The responsibility of this position is to assist in the identification, development, and evaluation of client services to effectively achieve the agency’s goals and objectives. To oversee the system of referrals, services, reports, invoices, and outcomes of families referred for community-based contract and non-contract services. To act as a liaison with providers and LCCS staff to address and resolve concerns.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA in Social Work or related field required. Master’s degree in social work or related field preferred. Minimum three years of experience in child welfare required.
  • Ability to utilize computer technology to access information and produce reports including Microsoft Excel highly desirable.
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills required. Knowledge of community resources, required. Must be well-organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to model effective interactions and communication skills in cross-cultural situations required.

LCCS offers an excellent salary and benefit package.

Pay Range: $54,272.40 – $81,426.80

Hours Per Week: 35
