This workshop focuses on the caregiver’s role as an advocate for children in care, to make sure they get the help they need to recover from the effects of trauma. Also, this session addresses the final essential element of trauma-informed parenting: Taking Care of Yourself. This is the fourth in a series of workshops developed by the National Child Traumatic Stress Network.
