Loic is a shy and friendly teen with a smile that can light up the room. He can get along with his peers but needs assistance when a conflict arises. He needs a family that will celebrate his Haitian culture and provide opportunities for him to learn, understand, and experience it through activities promoting Haitian art, foods, history, and music. Loic has the potential to make a positive difference in society by having a family in his life that has the commitment, structure and understanding to assist and encourage him. Loic enjoys doing math worksheets that teach him simple multiplication and division. He also enjoys doing circle word books.
