This workshop will provide fundamental knowledge regarding ways children express their needs emotionally and behaviorally and what drives behaviors, through understanding of the arousal/relaxation cycle and the conflict cycle. Participants will begin to build a toolbox filled with strategies/tools for understanding and managing children’s behaviors, as well as develop decision- making skills to determine which tool to use and when.
