Clients will learn and identify some personal characteristics associated with their personal histories, different types of abuse, and effective communication/ relationship strategies as they move through the 3-phase process.  The initial and final visits are done one-on-one for pre and post assessment purposes.

For women who have used any form of violence with an intimate partner Curriculum follows the Turning Point model, VISTA Program and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Women will gain an understanding of the connection between their actions, emotions and work towards accepting responsibility for their use of force.
