Keontae is active, friendly and inquisitive. He has lived with his current caregiver for a long time, but his caregiver is unable to adopt him. Keontae attends a school program that is structured for his educational and behavioral needs, and does well. Outside of school, he plays video games, watches movies, and shoots hoops. He is seeking a permanent family that is skilled in working with learning challenged teens, and that would be willing to allow Keontae to maintain contact with an older sibling.
